Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I was hit in the ribs and suffered a great deal of pain, my ribs seem fine and I haven t shown any bruising around the area but it still hurts very badly. Also since the injury I ve had a few stomach issues. My stool is watery and like to a peanut butter color.
Hi, You met trauma upon costal region and had injuries at bony ribs and soft tissue level probably not involving deeper tissue (no signs of lung /cardiac sign mentioned ). You have another problem of loose stools which you forgot to mention about number duration association. It could be infective one which need to be investigated for ova n helmithic organisms . So in my opinion Do deep breathing exercise . if pain is more then chest belt Analgesic (NSAID ), PPI , muscle relaxant for symptomatic management warm compression
Take plenty of fluids with ors antibiotics n antihelmenthic drugs should be stated if symptom persists n according to stool test under supervision of general physician. maintain hygiene , drink clean water .
Hope it ll help
Thanks n regards
