Hi, thanks for using Healthcare magic. I understand "your friend" concern.
As we know, coke or cokain is dangerously addictive and your friend must have a tough habit to break. When someone snorting cocaine, the drug will be rapidly absorbed into the bloodstream via the mucous membrane. One immediate effect within the membrane is to shrink the blood vessels. As a result, this sensitive lining becomes irritated and inflamed.
Long-term misuse of cocain will irreversibly damage the mucous membrane and also can make perforation in nasal septum. In this case, the only way to fix it is reconstruction surgery after the addiction has been cured. Your friend can discuss it to otorhinolaryngologist for better treatment and also to psychiatry.
Thank you and take care.
