How To Get Rid Of Scar On My Leg Inspite Of Putting Ice On It For A Long Time?
I did the salt and ice challenge and I left the ice on my leg for about a minute and I have a red mark on my leg. I have a dance in 4 days will this mark be gone? What can I do to get rid of it as quick as possible? Please this is urgent I will never do this challenge again!!!!

Hi,
It may be irritation caused by salt and ice contact leading to erythema , so the skin became red. Do not worry, it may vanish in few days. Apply calamine lotion to sooth the skin. Do not rub the area .
