I m 21 yrs old,My semen discharge with and after urine and semen discharge just b4 the sex or just in 2 seconds during the sex...........plz help me my health is so weak physical and mentally.......I did never make any sexual contact with any female but i think my semen will discharge when i will touch the girl or b4 starting any kind of sexual activity...................I m very very sad plz help me

Hi,

The semen in urine need to investigated further with urine routine microscopic examination. If sperm present in urine than retrograde ejaculation might be possible.

The semen ejaculation after sexual excitement at this age could be premature ejaculation problem which is common as performance anxiety. For detailed evaluation you need to consult nearby psychiatrist.
