I have severe ear pain for over a month and been to my doctor twice. Diagnosed with Sinuitis and Otitis and give a antibiotic and nasal spray. After 10 days back to the doctor and she prescribed a much stronger and combination antibiotic. Still have severe ear pain at night and cannot sleep. During the day the pain lessens.
Hi , Thank for asking to HCM. I have read your query , reviewed your medications and understand your concern. If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you Steam Inhalation twice daily, anti inflammatory analgesic Paracetemol + Ibuprofen combination & Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination. Continue antibiotic and nasal spray . Keep ear dry (don't put any ear drop) ,don’t allow water go inside while bath. You will need to see your doctor to get a prescription. Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help. Thanks.
