How To Get Rid Of Spots On The Inner Side Of Lower Teeth Caused Due To Smoking?

After smoking for 20 years, my cigarette smoking staining seems to be inside (!) my teeth especially my bottom front ones. Even after the dentist cleans them they are yellow and in photos in sunshine they can look awful. It all became a million times worse when I used a home whitening kit which seemed to remove enamel and leave my teeth sensitive (so now I can t even have them cleaned professionally!) What can I do?

thanks for your query, i have gone through your query. the stains could be because of the stains caused by smoking. consult a endodontist and aesthetic dentist and get your teeth bleached. the appearance of your teeth as yellow could be because of the worn out enamel from the tooth structure secondary to age and attrition or abrasion. you can get veneering done if the bleaching doesnt help. you can use desensitizers like sensoform for the sensitivity. i hope my answer will help you. take care.
