How To Get Rid Of Spots On Thighs And Butt Area Due To Insect Bites Turned Sore, Leaving Spots?

Hi I'm Theresa when I was very small whenever I got cuts or insect bites they would turn into sores which would take a little while to heal especially in the summer holidays. After healing they would leave spots on my skin. Now I'm 20 years old and I still have those spots mainly on my thighs and butt area. I'm so embarassed whenever I look in the mirror and see my self I can't even wear a shorts. What can I use or do to get rid of these spots once and for all doc?

I will like to know what kind of left over spots are there on your body.

Are these spots light colored or dark colored?

Is there any associated scar formation also?

Because usually the lesions formed after injury heal leaving hyo/hyper pigmented skin and sometimes scars also.

I need to know this before i can suggest you any treatment.

So, kindly reply to my questions and if possible attach a pic of the lesions so that i can suggest you further.
