General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your headache might be an outcome of black eye you have followed by the injury. Usually BLACK EYE manifest as pain around eyes & during eye movements, headache, double vision. It resolves automatically within 2 weeks.

I advice you to:
- Seek immediate consultation with an ophthalmologist to look for the depth of eye injury & for further assistance.
- Apply hot compress to relieved of pain
- Analgesics like acetaminophen

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Get well soon.

Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya V, General and family physician
