How To Get Rid Of The Bump Caused By Hitting My Shin Bone?

hello doctor. i hit my shin bone very hard about a month ago and had a pretty bad bump and bruise. i iced it right away and the bruise eventually left but the bump is still there. how can i get it to go away? it still is tender at touch, but it does not hurt nearly as bad as it used to. did it calcify? and if so how do i get it to go away?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand you concern, do not think about the calcification because this is injury and not the disease, soft tissue and bony structure injuries take little more time for healing but later or sooner it gets alright, for better result you can try some proteolytic enzyme this will resolve the swelling rapidly (Serratiopeptidase) is best choice try it and have nice day.
I find this answer helpful
