Hello, I am an Indian boy of 18 years indulged badly in the habit of masturbating daily. Actually some 7-8 months ago I would do this only once in a month maybe but then someday due to a certain reason I had to go to a doctor and then he told me to masturbate and its a normal thing to masturbate and from then I don t know how it became my habit! Could you please help me to get rid of this bad habit? I feel so weak sometimes and my friends tell me that day by day I am becoming skinny!!!
