The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is melasma. You need to use a sunscreen of atleast 30 SPF half an hour before sun exposure and at 9 am,12 noon and 3 pm. Topical depigmenting agents like tranexemic acid can be applied over the affected area. Chemical peeling is another treatment option for melasma .Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
