Hi there.

Your symptoms correlate to 2 possibilities:
1. Primary disease of the shoulder with referred pain to the neck.
2. Cervical spondylitis with referred pain to the shoulder.

Kindly get a xray of the shoulder and cervical spine done.
Get it evaluated by an orthopedician.
Take an analgesic for the time being. ..like ETORICOXIB along with a muscle relaxant.
Heating pad with local analgesic gel massage will help.

Try not to sit for long hours for studies at a stretch as it exaggerates the spondylitis condition.

I hope my advice has helped
good luck
