How To Get Rid Of The Side Effects Of Quitting Smoking?
I am about to give up smoking very soon.... again! I m very determined but i would really like to avoid one of the side effect of quiting: not going to the toilet as often as i do when i am a smoker!.. and consequently feeling bloated the whole time for months...? do you have a tip for me? i ve been adviced to drink ricin oil, a small spoon everyday.. what do you think about it... i was thinking that there might be some kind of herbal infusion or tea that would do the trick..? any advice on that? thank you very much.
Chronic smoking can lead to cardiac problem, damage to lungs and increase acid secretion. It is good that you have decided to quit it.
It is common to experience withdrawal like anxiety, headache and constipation for few weeks. In that case you can choose nicotine replacement therapy (rather than ricin oil) during deaddiction. If you are not able to stop smoking yourself, then for deaddiction you can meet nearby psychiatrist.
