Hello, Flesh colored bumps on the penis are commonly PPP, pearly penile papules. It is harmless and needs no treatment. For cosmetic purpose, it can be removed by cryotherapy. Other medical treatment is done by laser therapy, excisional therapy, etc. Topical treatment with tea tree oil, salicylic acid and tretinoin cream are also effective. However, get clinically examined by a Urologist, as genital warts are also flesh colored bumps that can appear on or around the genitals. Get STD tests done. Once a person has genital warts, HPV can transmit it to others. You can apply podophyllum ointment on the warts helps to make them fall off.
