How To Get Rid Of The Swelling And Pain In My Elbow?
I slipped and fell on the ice 3-days ago I got my elbow as well as my wrist and hand...I have been iceing it and my elbow is still somewhat swollen and very stiff...I have been taking Advil also Vicodine I have been keeping it elevated on a pillow..Could you please advise what I should be doing..I did fall very hard..My hand and elbow are brused..

The symptoms seem to be related to the injury.
I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen three times a day.
I also suggest using cold compresses for relieve.
