How To Get Rid Of Tightness Around The Hip?
Hi..
I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in 2007 which resulted in being diagnosed with a TBI.
I developed heterotropic ossification in my right hip.
I had the bone surgically removed in 2010 and was getting more movement an of my right leg
I have now developed tightness around the hip and find it very hard to get full control of my right leg..
What do you advise I do cause its really sore at the moment ???
