How To Get Rid Of Tonsil Stones Which Causes Bad Odour In Mouth?
Hi DR., I conduct a perfect dental and mouth hygiene everyday and my dentist is very proud and always ask me what it is that I do to have perfect teeth. But suddenly, I started a new job and was rumored that I smell. After diets, back and forth to the doctors I finally found that I cough up tonsil stones which smells very horrible. I spoke to my doctor and she doesn t believe me even said that their is no such thing. How can I get my doctor to believe that I have these stones and refer me to ENT and how may I permanently get rid of them?
Hi. Read and understood your concerns of foetor due to tonsillar stones in-spite of the best dental ans oral hygiene. First of all it is just possible that someone really rumored about you as you have mentioned. Secondly, the foetor comes only if the tonsillar stone is removed, otherwise they never smell. Yes, get a reference for the ENT Surgeon and get a clinical evaluation and a course of antibiotics if required. Tonsillectomy is the only answer if this is for real. Get prepared for anything required to get you well.
