How To Get Rid Of Twinges In The Center Of My Chest?
I started having "twinges" in the center of my chest..I would not call it "pain" but slightly uncomforrable. A few weeks ago I went off all my BP meds because my BP went from what used to be 143/90 runs an average of 95/60. Is there a connection? I am 40 years old...there is history of heart disease in my family. Any concern to actually call a dr?

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here I could say that in my opinion here the cardiac evaluation is important and for this you have to go for certain test that includes EKG and ECHO with these test the picture would be clear. hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
