hi i have noticed white spots on my vaginal area they have no pain they are not risen and if squeezed a thick white substance comes out and the spot is gone immediatly and every so often i get a lump in the crease of my thigh by my vagina its not painful or itchy or anything it cant be popped and over time it peels and just goes away. any ideas should i get checked for anything specific?
