How To Get Rid Off From Sinus?

hello,well i have many problems going on for few days. Firstly,a bad sinus which came all of a sudden then body pain,sometimes my ears hurt and i also got a cold,Moreover,i got piles and i feel very weak.Fever is also there,I have never been so sick,what should i do now?

ears are paining due to sinus only..for the time being take amoxyclav 625 three times a day, sinarest 3 times a day and nasal drops..take steam inhalation also and crocin for fever..take for 5 days than get an xray pns done and contact me again
