How To Get Rid Off Head, Leg Pain In Anemia?

Hi!im anaemic age40 female.hb count was8 2mnths back.feeling breathless and uneasy since aweek.since2 days a slight headache on and off.once in away there is pain in the right side of the head and right jaw.a slight discomfort in the right leg once.what cud it be?

as u told your hb is 8.so u are going towards severe anemia.this all are sumptoms of anemia.so better u take any hematinic syrup or iron tablet.i usually prescribe my patients syrup dexorenge 2 spoon daily in the night.or tab-iron and folic acid one tab daily night.take nutritious food rich in iron like beetroot,spinach,green leafy veg,egg,pomegranate etc.
