How To Get Rid Off Small Pus Filled Pimple In Buttocks?

yes,i have a small pimple shaped dot in my buttocks and it is not paining and also it gives out lot of pus.it never grew bigger till now.and it is red in colour.and sometimes it bleeds..it is from last 1year..so i want to get rid of this..but not by operation.how can i?and it looks like a stye
