Hello!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms could be related to an allergic reaction or an infection. The fainting could be caused by low blood pressure during the hot shower.
Coming to this point, I would recommend consulting with your GP for a physical exam and some tests:
-a sinus X ray study
- a chest X ray study and pulmonary function tests
- complete blood count for anemia
- a resting ECG
- PCR, sedimentation rate for inflammation
- blood electrolytes.
If the problem persists (nasal congestion, headache) and the above tests result normal, I would recommend performing allergy tests.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best wishes!
