How To Get Rid The Large Boil On The Inner Thigh That Is Ruptured And Bleeding?

I have a large boil on my inner thigh that ruptured three days ago, and is still bleeding. I am keeping it bandaged, change the dressing 3-4 times a day, and keep it clean with anti bacterial soap and Neosporin. Is it ok to to go running if I immediately shower and change the dressing when I get home?
