How To Get Rid The Scratch Spots On The Face After An Injury?

1month before my wife injured in road side accident and face was also scratched. Now she is quiet well now but the scrathces spots are still on face. Please advise any kind of cream to clear these spots of scratches. Please keep in mind that I could purchase this cream localy.

Discoloration of scratches are only hypo pig manted. there is no treatment to remove scar marks. It is naturals develop your skin co lour. around the scars you can apply sunscreen lotion and the hypo-pig mented scar regain pig mantation.
