How To Get The Eye Sight Back?

My self Prashant verma,residing in jamshedpue in jharkhand,my mother is sufring from eye problem since last two year and now the problem is grown up to such lavel that she is unable to see,inspite of regular treatment from good doctors in my city . Now i m totally upset after lot expenses=0 result.Doctor says ,since she is olredy the patient of dabitic and ortharitice(Rumatic)swelling on different parts of joint like Knee,ancle and wrist etc for which she is taking different medicine that all effected her body (doctor say) .Because of the suspense she had gone for enttire medical checkup but after all we didn't find any harmful affect on her health, more over sheis through with "catract" operation and lastly doctor is saying her 'Vens' is dried and that because she is unable to see. Please suggest me what should I do return her eye sight. She is only 50year old.
