How To Grow Moustache?

sir,i am 32 years.when i am 17 years i used to scratch my
<moustache by applying some wax creams of women.
This i did for five to six times,after some time,I found
that i am not getting my moustache back(since it is not
growing at all).Now i am feeling very ashamed of myself,
since all men have moustaches.Every body used to see
at me differently.please give a medical solutions
