How To Grow Taller?

i am running 23 years old now, ihave a problem of my height since when i was 16 my height is 5'7 and it almost 7 years, still the same,until now..what should i do to grow taller? please help me??/ my cousins are surpasing me now they are 5'9.,5'12',6'0 and 6'2..,

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It is high time thinking of this matter, of height. Beyond 18 it is impossible to have increase in height.
Still if you want to clarify, you can consult an orthopedic surgeon for it. You may have to get the Xray of the ends of the long bones to confirm the closing of the growth points there.
If by chance they are active you can try to have the increase of growth by medical treatment .
I usually prescribe to my patient with such condition, injection of anabolic steroid periodically, protein supplements preferably complan,calcium, multivitamins, hematinics.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods.
