you can take emergency contraceptive pill(I-PILL,unwanted-72) with in 12hrs after intercourse not later than 72 hrs.
but advised to take as early as possible .
sucess rate is high if you take with in 12 hrs.
it's a emergency contraceptive pill.it will not protect you form sexually transmitted diseases.
it's better to always practice a safe sex with the use of condone.
