How To Heal From Shin Injury?
Hi,Last Saturday I was playing football, I got involved in a slide tackle where my shin smashed into another fellas with quite a force. I had shinpads on, but now my shin is really hurting, it is swollen and I cant bear to touch it as the pain is real bad. Do you think it is just bruised or could it be broken? I can walk but with a degree of pain. Thank you
