Hi, I accidently got hit on my lower stomach by Bicycle s handlebar, it was a week ago. the first day the pain was pretty bad it turned to be purple/black (bruise). Today i push it down and i feel like there s a something inside. it s kind of hard to put it down. I don t know what to do
