2 days ago I slipped on a patch of Ice and fell. My right elbow caught most of the impact, and my upper right buttock. It nearly took my breath it hurt so bad, and took me a few min to gather myself to even get up. My elbow immediately turned bluish/ gray color and was swollen, it didn't hurt to move it tho, only if I bumped it or forgot and sat it down on something. In the meantime it's still severely bruised and swollen and it feels as tho it might have fluid around it. Also every little bit either get a numb, or "tingly" sensation down my forearm and down my ring and pinky fingers. At 1st I could move my arm easily with no pain at all and as time goes by it gradually becomes a little more difficult and a little more uncomfortable. Tho uncomfortable I am not in any "real" pain. Is there need to be alarmed? Should I see a dr? I didn't figure there was prob much that could be done so I was trying to tough it out so to speak but I'm starting to get concerned now that there is fluid around it, and also numbness to the ends of those two fingers. I currently don't have insurance and I hate to waste $ that I don't have on seeing a dr when it isn't necessary. Please let me know if I should seek help, and if not what I could maybe do at home to help treat it. Thank you
