How To Heal Puss Filled Pores On Skin Which Occurred After Performing A Brazilian Wax?
I had a brazilian wax yesterday and I am very red and sore. There are puss filled pores which are very painful and uncomfortable, I've tried icing the area and putting an astringent on followed by neosporin. It's helping minimally but I was hoping there was something else I could do to make it heal faster and hurt less.
You seem to have developed a superficial folliculitis. This is quite common after waxing especially if not done under adequate sterile conditions.
You should clean the affected area with a mild or a dilute antiseptic lotion twice a day and apply k topical antibiotic cream like mupirocin over the affected area. Clean with simple soap and water daily. You might need a course of oral antibiotics if the infection persists inspite of the above treatment. Take some oral antihistamines to bring down the associated irritation.
Hope it helps
