Hello and welcome,
I completely understand the problem.
The best way to manage things now is by a conservative approach. After so many days post surgery the tissue is difficult to handle. The best way out now is to pack the vagina not very tightly for 6-8 hours. This is done by your doctor and not you. Take drugs to stop bleeding like
tranexamic acid and ethamsylate. You must keep moving your
limbs in bed while on these drugs as they may cause clots in legs.
Take a low grade antibiotic like doxycycline,
vitamin C, B complex vitamins and
placentrex injections to encourage healing. An abdominal and pelvic
ultrasound is needed to see if there is any collection inside. If there is a collection it will need to be drained to stop the bleeding.
Eat a healthy diet rich in fruits and vegetables as well as proteins to encourage
wound healing. Also check your clotting system for minor abnormalities.
The bleeding will stop. Do not worry, but it will take time. The healing will be slow now but it will heal. Use sterile pads daily and maintain local hygiene. This is not a common occurrence but happens in some women where there are minor bleeders.
Also discuss this with your doctor. Also ask her if a
second opinion y someone else may be needed.
These types of bleeds, in my experience do heal. It may take a month more if there is no collection. I understand the situation. Do not get disheartened. This happens rarely but it may happen in rare cases. But I do not advise frequent surgeries for this. A patient and conservative approach with maybe even packing twice a day will help.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Thanks for using HCM.
