How To Heal Stiff Neck And Sore Shoulder With Muscle Weakness?

hi there, it start with a stiff neck in the morning, after about a week i had sore right shoulder, now i cant pick up any over 3kgs with my right bicep muscle, theres no pain but its like the muscles very weak. when i try and put right hand up to the side (like when you do for a star jump) i cant get arm up higher then about horizontal,

Hi
I think you should do cervical neck exercise and shoulder mobilizing exercise along with short wave diathermy.
You also need to take mild analgesic.
If you dont get relieved by above treatement then cervical traction and short course steroid should be taken.
And if yet you dont get relieved then mri cervical spine should be done.
