How To Heal The Dent On The Buttocks After Falling Down?

I am 38 years old and 165 lbs, 5'4. I fell on some stairs and landed on my right cheek of my buttocks. It took 10 minutes to get up off the floor it hurt so bad. It bruised really bad and has left a dent. That was a year ago and i still have a dent. Will it ever go away? Can i speed up the healing?
