How To Heal Tonsil Mediated Swallowing Difficulty?

my right tonsil has a blood looking thing hanging off it, that is making me feel like something is in the back of my throat. what could this be? It is making me not want to swallow as it feels uncomfortable, and if i drink water i can feel it more (even after i have a drink)

The difficulty in swallowing can be because of the peritonsillar abscess or space infection. Nothing to be panic, consult an ENT surgeon and get it evaluated. Mean while you can take a course of antibiotics like amoxicillin and metronidazole (if you are not allergic). Do saline gargling.
