How To Improve Appetite In Kids?

I have two years old son, and my big problem is his appetite in eating his meals. Everytime Im serving him with food, he dont have any appetite to eat. i dont know what i will do to have his appetite in eating...please give some advise about my problem.

Thanks for contacting HCM. Please ensure that your child is well. For that get him checked by a Pediatrician. Also get his height and weight checked. Are they appropriate for age?. If your child has no disease then you can try following things to make him eat-
1. Ban all junk food and outside food including chips, chocolates, ice creams, sodas, cold drinks etc.
2. Give him home cooked food.
3. No snacking before, after and in between the meals.
4. make sure he gets plenty of exercise like playing,running, swimming etc.
5. Take pains to make food tastier with minimum of spices.
6. please vary his menu on a daily basis.
7. make dishes more colour ful and if possible decorate them in an appetizing way.
8. give him lots of milk,curd, fruits.
9. Limit his T.V. time
