How To Improve Eating Habits?

Im 15 years old and im not as skinny as i used to be, i got a Scope surgery on my knee in Novemeber and ever sinse then ive never been physically fit and my eating habits are just so bad. Im from Prince Albert, Sask. is there some kind of pill to help me?

I understand that you are worried about your eating habits. Now, at this age, it is very important to eat a healthy and nutritious diet in order to avoid any future complications. So, I would suggest the following tips:

1) Eat well balanced meals - the recommended proportions are 50-60 % carbohydrate, 20-30 % protein and 10-20 % fat.
2) Eat on time and never skip a meal
3) Don't eat too much at one go or diet too much suddenly.
4) Include plenty of green vegetables and fruits in your diet.
5) Monitor that your weight for height (or your BMI) is within normal limits.

I would not recommend taking any pills now. Following healthy and regular eating habits would be sufficient enough to ensure that you stay healthy. Also, regular physical exercise is also important to maintain your health.
