Unfortunately, the only way to make a penis larger is through a very rare surgery. I know only of one clinic that does this kind of operation. However, there is a simple trick to make your penis look larger: Trim your pubic hair around the base of your penis as short as possible but leave it long on your scrotum. This may cause a beneficial optic effect.
Rest assured: many men have small penises. 10% of my patients have penises not even larger than 1 inch when not erected. Some of them even have to sit down on the toilet because their penis is to short to use an urinal. There is nothing to be ashamed of!
