hi doctor I have hyperthyroidism, I m on medicines too, my inner thighs are very dark in comparison to my other body parts, and have got blackheads too,I m 15 kg overweight, please help me, I m going to get married soon and I feel so insultive to show it to anyone, please please help me

Hi.
As per your case history you are having acanthosis nigricans due to overweight and hypothyroidism.
My treatment advice is -
1. Wear loose clothes to avoid irritation on thighs.
2. Take a vitamin b12 supplement once daily.
3. Apply a mild topical steroid cream like flutivate cream once daily and Kojic acid cream once at night.
4. Other treatment options are oral metformin, chemical peeling done only after consulting a dermatologist.
