How To Improve Skin Tone?

hai sir... i am sekhar 21 years old, male,...normally i had slightly dark skin tone...i want to improve my skin tone and to develop my cheeks.whats the diet i should prefer...please let me know thank you WTF....IF ITS FOR FEES I COULD CONSULT A NEAR BY DOCTOR THAN YOU GUYS.....SRY

Hi,

As per your query you have dark skin tone which is due to your skin sensitivity to UV rays and excessive melanin deposition. I would suggest you to avoid exposure to sunlight and cover your skin. Apply Metarub and apply cold compresses to affected area and consult dermatologist for proper examination.

Doctor may recommend phototherapy to de-sensitize the skin. For now avoid sun exposure, use PABA-free sunscreens that protect against UVA with sun protection factor of 30 and do not use any other skin product.
