How To Improve The Eye Sight?

Dear Doctor I am Ashit from odisha,India. I have check my eyes 6 months before RE- SPH: -5.75, CYL: - 0.75, Axis:165, V/A:6/6 and LE -SPH: -6.75, CYL: --0.5, Axis:180, V/A:6/6. Did i improve my eye power without any Lasik or not , If not then suggest me what will i do & also what is the cost of treatment. pls answer me with your suggestion....

there are 3 option for refractive error like yours. specs, contact lens and refractive surgery,refractive surgery was started by Russian doctor fidorov. the technique was named after him. twas simple incision after error calculation. it developed many complication. western word adopted the technique with follow up minimum for 15 years detected some complication postoperative patient developed.they are corneal dystrophy, posteriorepithilisation.it i snot possible to predict who and what complication one will develop. so one has to adopt the method after proper information.

it's not possible to improve your normal vision.you have to use spectacles or undergo LASIK surgery .for LASIK you have to undergo some tests to know your corneal thickness and cell count and exclude corneal diseases.if these tests are normal we can give fitness to undergo LASIK .please consult an refractive eye surgeon for advise and fee charges regarding LASIK charges and treatment
