Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I AM THIN ..MY AGE IS 18 YEARS AND MY WEIGHT IS 56 AND HEIGHT IS 173CM....I LOOK TOO THIN ...I EAT GOOD BUT IT DOSENT HELP IN GAINING WEIGHT...HOW CAN I GAIN WEIGHT AND BUILT MA BODY IN GOOD SHAPE.....

Good day and thanks for your question. Your Body mass index (BMI) is 18.7kg/m2, you are underweight, very close to the normal value of 19kg/m2. The normal value of BMI is 19kg/m2 to 24kg/m2 and to achieve that you need to maintain a weight of between 59kg and 75kg. You are still young. 56kg is not that bad and gaining 3kg will land you at a normal BMI, and as you grow older and eat good nutritious food you will gain weight. Do exercises and you will be in good shape.
