Good day and thanks for your question. Your Body mass index (BMI) is 18.7kg/m2, you are underweight, very close to the normal value of 19kg/m2. The normal value of BMI is 19kg/m2 to 24kg/m2 and to achieve that you need to maintain a weight of between 59kg and 75kg. You are still young. 56kg is not that bad and gaining 3kg will land you at a normal BMI, and as you grow older and eat good nutritious food you will gain weight.
