How To Increase WBC And Lower LDL Cholesterol Level?

I have a weakened immune system and I am reviewing my blood test trying to figure out what is causing my body to be sick. I can not figure out what MCV on my blood test is. Also my red, white blood cells are low a nd my LDL cholesterol is high-what can I do to get these #s better and if I do will that help my immune system?

I have gone thru your query regarding WBC and increase lower LDL cholesterol level .
Dear ,you have not mentioned your age and result of your blood counts , which only can guide us to prescribe you perfectly .

White blood cells are cells of the immune system . Normal level is from 4500- 11000 .
Low white blood cell count makes it harder for your body to fight off an infection.body sends macrophage white blood cells to clean up the LDL cholesterol, but sometimes cells get stuck FAILS IN PROCESS.
A lack of vitamins and minerals can also lead to a low white blood cell count.
LDL CHOLESTEROL level should be below 150 ,higher than that can lead to heart attack ,and diseases .
Your problems are connected with your faulty life style and imbabalaced food habits .
Gulping on only medicines or pills will not help cure unless you take care of your lifestyle , food habits
You can increase your WBC and lower your choletrol by following regimen of controlled diet and life style . I would like to suggest you to follow below regimen for total health -
. Add fiber fruit , veges all essential nutrients & supplements in your diet .Antioxidents like lemon juice , coco nut water.Aloe vera juice 25 ml +Amla juice 2 spoon ,bitter gourd juice 25 ml ,turmeric powder a level spoon with a cup of hot milk at bed time . All have quality to kill bacteria on mass basis and give us resistance .
Avoid fried , fast foods tea ,coffee ,alcohol ,smoking ,mental stress ,worry anxiety and most important is to clear you bowls . as constipation is mother of all ills .
