How To Increase Breast Milk Supply?

dear sir, My second baby is 6.5 months old. I was exclusively BF him. At 2 months i felt my supply was down and consulted my gynac. she prescribed Galact granules. so i m consumed that upto six months. then i stopped. after a week i found my supply has almost dried. he is refusing my breast now. i have started solids but he is not satisfied with that. also i m taking galact again but yet supply is not enough Is there any way of increasing my supply. Pls help . willing to BF my son for atleast one year.

Hello,

Apart from taking Galact granules. You need to modify your diet chart. Need to take milk one glass twice in a day, egg whites at least 4-6 in 24 hours.

Take Plenty of fluids. The more your baby sucks your nipples, more feed will start producing. Need to feed properly from one side only at one time followed by the other next time.
