Hello! At my last doctor s appointment (last week), the doctor said that my baby s BPD was a week and some days below average. I am wondering what foods I can eat or what I can do to try to help my baby. I will see my doctor again next Wednesday, but I m thinking about what I can do until then.
hi the diff of 1 -2 weeks is not very significant . it becomes significant when the lag is 3 or more weeks . but to be cautious you should have a protein rich diet and take arginine sachets twice a day till term. get a colour Doppler scan done at 28 weeks to see the umbilical vessels to rule out iugr . take care and all the best .
