is there anyway I can speed up my motabilism....I have excess hard fat on my stomach and have read your suggestions of running and jogging, have been doing that for several months now and havent noticed any major changes....I eat healthy chicken fish and rice, I know rice is high in the same stuff as white flour(which I have cut from my diet) but dont have any other ideas on what to eat...is there anything I can eat or do to increase my motabilism as well as some healthy alternatives to plain white rice....keeping in mind whole wheat tastes really bad (bad enough I know I can not continually eat it as a form of my diet)

take,fresh fruits,tofu,soya products,plenty of leafy veg,water. consult dietitian. avoid drugs,alcohol,smoking,junk food,cola,coffee. consult physician for orlistat & lorcaserin . surgeon for bariatric surgery. do swimming,cycling. get blood test for vitamin b 12 , d3 , thyroid profile,lipid profile,sugar. get injection b 12 ,vit d3, consult your family doctor. feedback.
