Dear sir, I am 25 years old.. My penis is very small in size as that of small child one. The testes is also very small. it is about 3inches in erect. I want to increase by 7inches.. It does not grow since my childhood. I had the habit of masturbation since my childhood.. Also i am suffering from erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation...
