Hello, I can understand your concern for less facial hair and beard growth.
It appears from your query that you are quite stressed regarding your hair growth. The basic fact for the hair growth you have to understand is this is first and foremost depends on your family pattern. It means you would be having the same kind of pattern of hair as your fore fathers had.
As you got rightly now is a totally normal process so there is no such medication which is meant for the same. If I were your dermatologist then would have prescribed you tablet containing Acetylcysteine, Calcium Pantothenate, Selenium, Zinc, Biotin, Copper as active ingredients. You can take these vitamins in the form of biotin, calicium pantothenate and other vitamin B complexes.
Take care.
